This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. 「Since it was a new listing you are kind of taking a chance but we were not disappointed. The interior was nicely done with plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen and everything worked. Beds and bathrooms were nicely done. It wasn't far from anything in Tybee. Nice lime tree that was overhanging the steps up.
