The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...

「My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator.
