“We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great variety of delicious options. A special shout-out to the woman who checked us out on February 7th — she was incredibly personable and so fun to talk to, which made our departure especially pleasant. “Elisabetta, Marco and Tomaso more than exceeded our expectations with their kindness, warmth and hospitality. Elisabetta reached out prior to our arrival, and was more than happy to arrange a taxi for us to get to our bus to Cortina. When she heard we didn't have much time, she offered to pack us a nice lunch, complete with fruit and water to take along. Just one example of the thoughtful hosting we experienced throughout our stay. Our accommodations were beautifully appointed with wonderful……

“The hotel manager and his wife are very warm and patient, and they helped me a lot during my stay. Let him prepare breakfast very delicately. The hotel is very retro in design and very clean. I hope they are in better health and live a happier life. There is a stove in their house. The owner of the hotel asked me to warm up when it was very cold, It was very warm and very comfortable.”

“Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour……
