"Good hotel with lovely, helpful & friendly staff. Got chatting to various people in the bar area, which was relaxed with a nice atmosphere. Bar staff were very helpful & chatted with ease. Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom, but the shower was very weak indeed, but the water was warm enough. The room/bathroom/decor are what you would expect of such a hotel in the area. Make-over would be welcome, but in thee difficult times, fully understand if it isn't priority. Would recommend."

Others in walking distance, and many in driving distance. Pretty village, one shop, and only one pub, which has limited opening hours , especially for meals. Good heating. Large bath."
