"The guy who worked at reception was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late around 8pm. When we booked in there was no parking left to use. The guy at reception said no problem you can use my parking space around the back, he said there was room for us and guided us around. He then waited at the back door and let us in to save us walking around to the front of this large hotel. Excellent service from a great and friendly guy. The hotel itself is very tired and run down. Our room was clean so we were not that bothered by it. It was very cheap for the night so bear that in mind you get what you pay for. If you’re easy going like us you wont care. We enjoyed our stay which was made better by the efforts of the friendly guy at reception."

"I spent 3 nights for work, the location is amazing, the hotel is old but in a good condition and clean The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return The lady who did the check out was very bad ,I came and said : good morning I want to check out,, she didn’t look at my face, didn’t say good morning, jut : room number? Said:103 , she( didn’t look at me at all): ok , I was expecting: thank you, I hope you had a good time with us !!!! but no, nothing at al."

"Wonderful hotel that gives you the benefits of both a self catering accommodation and hotel amenities. Both the restaurant and the cafe are excellent. The pool, playroom, and playground with maze were a hit with our little one. Staff very friendly. Dog loved it too. :)"

"Really great stay at this hotel. Very spacious mesmerising room. Lovely staffs and wonderful service. The night sleep was peacefull. In morning, I had delicious full english breakfast. I would recommend stay here to others. Also they have extra parking area, if there are no space in front of the entrance."

"Place is clean. Great view of beach. Good foot paths nearby. No problem parking. However, check-in bit complicated as you need to pick up key at hotel nearby. Would go back again."
