The hotel has some old charm and is managed beautifully with modern adaptations. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room and facilities are great. Despite previous reviews, we had no issues with parking or locality; managing to park street-side daily and less than 100m from the front door. The beach is a short walk away passing a nice breakfast bar and coffee shop on the way. The beach was never too busy and has plenty of amenities. Overall this was a great hotel and great holiday. I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend to friends and family.

Clean, well-maintained apartment with modern appliances and a stunning sea view. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Parking is a little expensive, and the Wi-Fi was occasionally temperamental, but overall we had an excellent stay and would happily return.

Convenient parking located in underground garage, friendly staff and very informative. The room amenities were wonderful, location was exceptional to the Main Street of Praia da Rocha. The pool was also fun, but a little deep for younger kids.

Excellent emplacement. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Partie de rue tranquille au moment où nous y étions. Nous avons apprécié être à Portimao pour visiter l'Algarve. Le.lieu était central.

The rooms were clean but old. Couches were stained and needed to be cleaned. A lot of cracked tiles. I did appreciate that they had parking and sea view. Overpriced for what you got.

A localização é ótima, a vista para o mar foi incrível! Estava tudo perfeito na estadia, com exceção do aquecimento da água que não permitia duas pessoas tomarem banho uma após a outra pois a capacidade do tonel de aquecimento é baixa.

Bring your own everything. You get one towel for 3 days and they will charge you if you want a clean one. No coffee, iron. The pool is basic and nice enough but again no towels. The property is centrally located and if you pay more for the sea view you get an amazing view. Front desk staff is hit or miss - there was a lovely lady one time and then an awfully rude man.

Clean, quick check in, lots of nearby restaurants and wonderful unobstructed view of huge sandy beach. Audrey at front desk was very helpful and fluent in English but other check in agent good too and free parking in garage under hotel was a wonderful bonus

The property had good access to the beach if you were staying for a week or two it has a good kitchen, living room and bedroom. It didn’t have a dustpan to clean up the sand from the beach and the Cleaning wasn’t done for our two day. Although the hotel smelled fantastic it was in a convenient location for the price in the area. It was I would say it is decent value.

Hôtel bien situé avec vue sur la mer. L’hôtel a vieilli et aurait besoin d’être mis à jour. Ils fonctionnent avec des clés pour les chambres et les serrures sont difficiles à débarrer. Toutefois, endroit tranquille et sécuritaire. Appartement très grand et super pratique avec plaque de cuisson, micro onde, grand frigidaire et congélateur . De plus, beau grand balcon. Il y avait même plusieurs prises USB. Le personnel à la réception nous a aider à quelques reprises pour faire des réservations ce qui a été très apprécié .

Excellent location with the sea view rooms having a balcony outside the living room and bedroom with an unobstructed view of an incredibly large sandy beach across the road. Location was excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby plus an old fort and a new marina. Each accommodation was well stocked with kitchen supplies but missing a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
