This residence has entertainment for children and communal swimming pools (june to sept-access extra to pay) and it is only 400m from the sea. This is a beautiful corner villa with 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, and bathroom with toilet upstairs and downstairs a living room with well fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Outside a fenced terrace with porch-roof, Stone BBQ and one parking place next to the house. Equipments: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, Vacuum cleaner, television,Senseo, oven/micro-wave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, ..ACCESS WIFI CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
