"The property is well maintained. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was great every morning. We opted for the Jamaican breakfast and they didn’t disappoint. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, however one area that could be improved is the bathroom accessibility. The bathrooms were not equipped to adequately accommodate guests with limited mobility. Features such as accessible showers, grab bars, and sufficient space for maneuverability were lacking, which could make the stay challenging for guests with mobility needs. Improving these accommodations would make the hotel more inclusive and comfortable for all visitors.
One other drawback was the unavailability of coffee and tea options in the rooms or even the common area. This is something they should consider improving.
We also loved the pool area. The Jamaican Map design was a great idea. There were lots of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas.
Overall my family and I had a great time. I would stay here again."
