Loved the roof top balcony.. although bbq and firetable were both broken. Room was great. Clean, comfy beds. We had issues with the pillows being too hard for us and brand new ones were delivered to us. Great customer service!!

Pearl in the Pearl
Perfect location. Beautiful apartment. Stunning view. Besides an occasional smell of old cigarettes, this place could not have been more perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Not their best foot forward
Willing to give it another try, but will not be my first choice. Location was good, cleanliness was lacking. Smaller then expected. Peppercorn EVERYWHERE, including in the body wash. Super weird.

The apartment is beautiful and clean but the check-in and communication with the property managers was terrible for a last minute booking. I had to wait 3 hours to even get my check-in info, they did not answer calls/texts promptly and parking is very inconvenient. Also I requested a late check-out since I had an appointment at 4pm and they only gave me one hour free and would charge $99 for up to 2pm. With COVID19 lockdowns I had to spend 3 hours in my car with my 4 year old son. Very poorly handled! Do not recommend for any last minute hotel needs.

Walls looks like they haven't been painted in years, very lived-in feel but dirty. Floorboards, baseboards, bedding, doors, walls have stains, dirt. Internet is unreliable and very slow in comparison.

I made my reservation online at the last minute, and they were able to respond and get me in asap. No one is one site; be prepared to handle all checkin and out by emails and texts. They required a photo of me and my drivers license (in one photo) prior to renting me a room, never had that done before. Door to the patio was locked and unable to be opened. Suggest fixing and place a sign on operation if it is complicated (i've flipped houses and i could not find a latch in the upper RH corner where it was obviously latched). Suggest the maid check the dishes are cleaned by prior person, i did not use some glassware b/c it was dirty. Suggest adding a water pitcher. washer dryer is nice, but expect very small loads. I'd place the laundry detergent near the washer, i almost did not see it in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Thanks for the dishwasher tabs!!

重い荷物を持っていたので、朝、チェックインの前に先に荷物を預けたいという連絡をしたのですが、電話で対応する相手が全く折り返しの連絡をしてくれず、結局朝10時半に最初に連絡をして、3回の電話と、3回のメールのやり取りの末、チェックインできたのは四時でした。 その間雨の中荷物を持って近くのカフェなどで時間を潰さなければならず、本当に腹立たしかったです。滞在自体には問題はありませんでしたが、電話の対応とメールのやり取りには本当に憤りを覚えました。

The location is incredible. The building is very secure. The amenities are ample and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little street noise, but this place is newly perfect.

We had a great time staying in this condo for a bachelor weekend. Rooftop patio is super cool place to hang out. Great location with many night spots within walking distance. Apartment was modern and clean. Enough room for 5 dudes with 2 sharing one bed.

Great location in central portland with easy walking and metro access to many sites. the building was beautiful and modern but downtown Portland is an interesting mix of residential and industrial. we had to walk around with and deal with many homeless and mentally ill people. If you find this upsetting or difficult you should stay in Suburban Portland.

At the first sight, it looked clean and nice. But when I started to see the detail, it was not clean. Washer and drier were stinky, stains on the dishes, hairs on the shower curtain. In addition, when I stay barefoot on the floor just for the night, my entire feet turned dark grey. Building was fancy and location was great though. But I won’t stay here again.

The place was lovely and in a fantastic neighbourhood. Bed was IMO very comfortable. Only disappointing things were: Property posted sleeps 5 ppl but there were only 2 queen beds and 1 couch which didn’t pull out. Although the couch was large enough to sleep on and we made it work, it should really be posted as sleeps 4 so people can book accordingly. Hotel lobby also smelled of BO so that was odd. Check in/out was very easy. Area had lots of pay parking options and metered street parking didn’t started until 8am.

The property was not properly prepared. It was a cold and wet day we arrived in Portland, unfortunately the thermostat was set on 60°F and locked. Property management was offset and was not prompt in addressing the problem. The first night was cold and miserable, although management offered a different condo they all were smaller and poorly laid out. It was the next day that the heat was properly adjusted. The lower floors will Experience street noise, with several loud nightclubs nearby. Light pollution from street lights will also be a problem, there are no black out window coverings. The property itself is fine, clean and modern. You may experience problems with entry the first time, you have 60 seconds to make the lift and choose your floor. If the lift is on the upper floors you will need to repeat the check in process.

The stay was great. Awesome location. Didn’t love the fact that at check-in we found out there were sound readers in the room and no way of knowing how they operate or the limit etc. but we didn’t run into any issues with it so I can’t make any complaints. :)
