Very spacious and relaxing. Nice view of Kennebunk quaint ice rink and Main Street. Coffee shop at Street level was a fantastic add! Beds and bedding were comfortable. Will visit again! Nothing lacking with respect to amenities.

Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon!

I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The sheets and towels were fresh , and there were extra clean towels and sheets shrink wrapped in the closet.

The layout of the rooms was great! Very comfortable space with a full kitchen (which we didn’t use). Everything you need for a full week. One small issue was a small throw rug at the entrance used to cover up a good-size stain in the carpet. The edges were sticking up and it was easy to trip over. Might have recently happened so didn’t have time to have the bedroom carpet thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, all was well!

Fabulous! Accommodations were clean, spacious, and beautiful. This was a home away from home. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again. Off street free parking too.

Small Town Haven

This was our first vacation since Covid. It was an excellent choice in accommodation because the place has only 7 units and we never felt in a crowd. The large open 2 bedroom apartment was outfitted with sturdy practical furniture and yet still looked inviting. The kitchen was a good size. The beds were comfortable and that’s always a good thing. Because there was an up-tick in Covid cases when we arrived, I especially appreciated the safety precautions taken by the staff. Although we are both vaccinated, there was no awkwardness regarding Maine’s required paperwork.

Beautiful big second floor windows lit this two bedroom space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry in the unit was very helpful. Beds were super comfy.
