Clean and affordable - was a bit nicer than I expected for a motel. No desk, so I worked at the Starbucks just up the road. Overall, very convenient and inexpensive. Also, quiet!

This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.

I've stayed numerous times within last 4-5 years and each time has been the same experience--very friendly and accommodating staff/owners, rooms clean and welcoming, and keeping in mind the structures/place has been around for a bit, they have kept it in great shape, while keeping the welcoming homey style in affect (& while keeping pricing approachable!). Next time I need a place around Portland, this will be my go-to once again.

Basic hotel price is reasonable and the room was clean. I could hear the road but given it's proximity to 5 and Capitol it's to be expected.

We stayed twice. Good location for us (near Lewis and Clark) and both rooms were nice, if unusual, but both showers were a bit annoying. Parking was super convenient and the rooms were entertaining, at least. the first one had two separate bedrooms and overhead fans in each (very nice) but the shower was teeny tiny with good water pressure. Impossible to move your head out of the water flow. Second room had two steps to get up into the room (after the door) and then a step I to the bathroom. I obviously tripped at night when the lights were off (I figured I could make it the 3 feet from the bed to the bathroom, but I forgot the step Ow!). Shower /tub was good sized, but low water pressure.
