“Such a cute hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly”

“Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing.”

“We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again.”

“The location is great, and the rooms are decent. However, the hotel has a noticeable odor that I didn't particularly like. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, that may be part of the reason, although I'm not sure. The room was reasonably clean, but it didn't feel as fresh as I would have expected. Overall, it was an okay stay.”

“We arrived during a holiday weekend and were disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. The common areas were very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. Our room also fell below expectations. We found sand under the duvet on the bed, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the linens, and the lamp shades were covered in stains. The pool area was also poorly maintained. Several lounge chairs were broken, and there were bugs in the pool, making it uninviting and……
