All of those issues are not a cleanliness issue, but a maintenance problem but still not acceptable and all have been addressed. I also apologize for no one recognizing you during your stay. But the ADA rooms, the beds are on a frame and they are lower in height than what's in standard rooms. We hope you will give us another chance to win back your loyalty.
