給四顆星是因為距 convention center 非常近的情況下價格還很優惠，以這價位來說不能太苛求。飯店房間很寬敞但很老舊了，不過櫃檯人員很友善！

Run don’t stay here the room smelt of pee, the carpet filthy REALLY filthy. We ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the grubby looking sheets. I would have insisted on another room but everyone in our group had similar problems. One bright spot , the desk clerk was really pleasant.

Not sure what happened to the toilet seat but paint didn’t help

Edge of the tub had been repaired with dingy caulking. Moldy!

There was a ton of stains on the carpet, as well as our shower only half worked . There was people doing drugs right outside the buolding .

Quiet/private. Comfortable. Parking and location were convenient. The view of the city from our 5th floor room was incredible.

DISGUSTING! completely run down, peeling paint on the walls, walls cracking, tub chipped and moldy grout, carpet in room had stains everywhere!

I booked two nights, arriving Thursday and leaving Saturday. Before a business meeting had at noon across town, I was called by the front desk asking me why I hadn't checked out yet. I told her because I booked two nights and wasn't checking out til Saturday. She said I was wrong and was only staying one night. So I had to drive back to the hotel and straighten it out. I pulled up my confirmation on my phone and she didn't know what to say. She then called the manager and he said it was a computer glitch. A very vague excuse. I was lat to my meeting to straighten out THEIR computer glitch. The room also had dirty with a half cup of Starbucks coffee sitting on the night stand next to the bed. There was also a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the wall of the shower. I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the rooms have always been clean. I noticed that all three people I dealt with were new. I saw none of the front desk people I usually see. So I can only assume the hotel is under new management. I don't believe I'll be staying there again.

You get what you pay for. This place is a dive but a cheap option for downtown access. Stay at your own risk.

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel. Staff and rooms were overall good and clean. Many guests had to re register their key cards after a single use.

The place wasn’t kept up, very dirty rooms. Had trouble with key cards, get yelled at for playing music at 1 in the afternoon, said we need to keep it down and be quiet!

The young lady at the desk was friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The button on elevator didn’t light when pushed, so you aren’t sure it was working. Carpet in room very worn and stained. Very uncomfortable bed, and I don’t expect a lot. The enamel on tub had been patched dozens of times with enamel paint (?). I found locating the hotel and figuring out the entrance was less than obvious. Unless there is significant financial investment I don’t see this hotel as competitive. On the plus side, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

This was my third and last time staying here. I was given a room that smelt so bad like pee that i had to get moved as it gave me an instant headache, next room was better, but when i made coffee the next morning i only put water in the machine and it starting going, i let finish before i added coffee and there was fryit flies in the tubea of the maker! Ill pay the fee bucks more to go somewhere else

Staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there is a tram that runs 24 hours a day right outside. Even on the 5th floor the traffic noise was very loud. We were woken up nearly every hour. Definitely request a room opposite of the tram. Sadly because of this, we likely wouldn't stay again.
