Luxury Private Apartment - Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Sleeps 4, Prime Location!

Beautiful newer and modern apartment with private entrance on street level. This one-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size bed plus a new sofa-bed - both with memory foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and range plus it is fully stocked for your stay. Irving Park is two blocks away. Starbucks & Whole Foods are just four blocks away. Walk 10 mins to Alberta Arts District or Williams District for Portland's best shops, bars, and restaurants.

The bedroom has a queen bed featuring a Casper memory foam mattress, end-table and full closet. The living room has a top-grain leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. You will love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. All bathroom toiletries are included. The double windows allow plenty of light or pull down the room-darkening shades for full privacy. You'll appreciate being within walking distance to some of Portland's best and well-known neighborhoods. Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Williams & Vancouver streets are all within a short walking distance. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the city bus stops which can take you anywhere you may need to go to the metro area.

We are LGBTQ friendly! Fees apply for late check-out (when available). The entrance is sidewalk level. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance. This apartment is on the lower level of a family home. Because we live upstairs, we are available if needed.

We do not permit stays exceeding 14 nights.

This stay was an absolute gem. I always travel with my soap and things but the host(s) had soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a whole bunch of extra things for our stay. A minimalist pa ker could stay here and be just great. The space is small but mighty. Everything flowed well and gave a great vibe. No offset furniture from the tv, no oddly placed furniture and every pot, pan and utensil you could think of. I will definitely be putting this stay in my favorites for whenever I visit portland. Do no hesitate to do the same! A

Nicely furnished ground level apartment (with a two story house above) - hosts have put a lot of effort into putting together everything a visitor might need - hardly any sound makes it through from the above unit from what we could tell. Easy free parking on the street. Walking distance to Whole Foods. Great place!

Book it!

Check in/check out process so simple, they provide you with pictures to access the code, eased my mind & check out doesn’t require much from the guest, which is a huge plus when you’re there to relax. The area is safe, we walked to get coffee/breakfast almost every morning @VillaVia. There’s a local pizza place next to it also, we carried out there. We walked to the park, very nice. The Whole Foods store is within walking distance & has a salad & hot bar you can make a meal immediately. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30ish minute drive. We did a hike/bike tour of the gorge-highly recommend. We visited 2 McMenamin locations. The furthest we drove was to the coast & it was approximately 1 hour 45 mins.. The host(s) checked on us at check in, during our stay & before check out, also please note they provide everything! We are fan sleepers & to our surprise there were 2 small fans in the closet. This place doesn’t miss a detail, look no further & just book!

What a perfect host he was very kind and kept on top of asking if we were comfortable or needed anything. The rental was so spotless and comfortable. We also walked a couple blocks to the bus and found wonderful shops and food downtown. My son and I will be looking forward to visiting this one rental again.

This was by far one of the best properties we have stayed at. It was made exceptional because of the details, like: many bath towels, hooks to hang bags and coats on, extra blankets and a variety of pillows to choose from. Portland Is Awesome

In town for a concert. Found amazing food and drinks all with in a few blocks. Darling neighborhoods. Quiet street. Hosts checked in on our wellbeing but all was good and quality amenities were provided and appreciated. Bed is firm. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

Clean and relaxing!

Had a great stay at this apartment and will hope to stay again on future trips. Maybe the cleanest rental we have ever had, and I am very picky about cleanliness. Location is great, convenient to getting to different area, nice park within walking distance. Parking on the street was close and convenient. The hosts are very thoughtful of the little details, good coffee, nice bath mats and towels (this is so rare in rentals!), all the kitchen gadgets we needed. Spacious and stylish, and I will mention super clean again because that is most important to me!

Perfect weekend getaway

We spent a weekend in PDX to go to the bookstore, eat good food, and explore. This spot was perfect! We walked to Alberta St for sushi, relaxed in Irving Park (two blocks away), and appreciated the quiet oasis! Perfectly clean and perfectly outfitted.

Short Break in Portland

My husband and I were in Portland for 2 nights before heading further down the I-5 to visit our son and his family. The apartment was in a wonderful location and very well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The art work was pleasantly eclectic-I loved the stylized map of Portland neighborhoods in the bathroom. Parking was right outside the entrance to the apartment. We didn't eat any meals in but the kitchen looked well-equipped.A few blocks to Broadway-we would have walked had the weather been nice. Enjoyed breakfast at the Cadillac Cafe.We travel to Oregon several times a year-would definitely stay here again.
