From the moment you step inside, you're not just our guest, but a part of our community. You'll have full access to our entire unit—this includes both bedrooms, replete with everything you need for a restful night, two full bathrooms ensuring privacy and comfort, and our beloved living spaces comprising the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Your mornings can start with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the serene backdrop of our neighborhood.
But it doesn't end there. As our honored guest, the amenities of our community are yours to enjoy too. Dive into the outdoor seasonal pool, unwind in the hot tub, or keep up with your fitness routine in the community fitness center. It's all here for you, to make your stay nothing short of delightful.

The garage only holds one car (18 ft 4 in L x 10 ft 4 in W; entrance is 9 ft) Any additional cars will need to park on SE Columbia River Dr. Your car will be towed if you park in any spots requiring a parking permit.
Other things to note
We're all about making your stay as smooth and worry-free as possible. Upon your arrival, a smart lock ensures you can step right into comfort without a hitch. We’ve provided a few items to make your stay more comfortable, including a baby gate, beach towels, sand toys, a regular coffee maker, extra blankets, pillows, and some games to enjoy.
You’ll find one key fob in the kitchen drawer—it gives you access to both the clubhouse (for swimming and the gym), and the garbage/recycling area which is located down Cutter Lane in an enclosed space.
Life by the river is special, and we've done our best to create a space where you can feel the magic from the moment you arrive. Whether you're here to find adventure in the great outdoors or simply to recharge in a serene setting, our home is your haven.
