The front end people are so awesome ❤️ it’s a great hotel in a wonderful location, but again, it’s the people at the front end, Elle or possibly Ellie, I’m so bad with names, I’m so sorry, but what a great experience she makes it.

The staff was top notch and were incredibly nice and helpful. When I arrived the very nice woman behind the counter greeted me “you must be the birthday boy!” I was in town for work but it happened ti be on my birthday. She gave me an extra drink ticket for the bar and a parking pass. Would definitely stay with them again

I took the train a very short walk to the hotel. $2.80 from PDX airport. Everything within walking distance. Parking garage seemed safe.

The staff was very welcoming. Loved the free water bottle in room, water refill station in lobby for sparkling or still water as well as the voucher for a free drink. The hotel itself is a bit tired and could use with a refresh. The hallway to room is a bit depressing in decor. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Lots of street noise during the day, but noise level went down in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of proximity to downtown. Good value overall.
