I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!

Queen bed so squeaky whenever you turn around Furniture so old as well as carpet, drapes! The outside lock was broken (and a sign inside the room said to always keep the door locked while in the room), there were several prominent signs saying that they are not responsible for damaged or stolen property, a person was smoking meth in the parking lot, the bed was worse than a cot. I left within minutes and they refused to refund my money. Do not trust the pictures or the reviews!!! Stay far away. Their logo may reflect a national chain, but they are far from it. Do not trust the positive reviews or the pictures.

En general, el hotel cumple para una estancia corta o solo para descansar, pero hay varios puntos que podrían mejorar. Desde nuestra llegada, la habitación no estaba del todo limpia. En el baño había manchas de origen poco claro, en uno de los cajones encontramos algo pegajoso y también vimos insectos en el buró de noche, lo cual resulta incómodo y da una mala primera impresión. El desayuno, al menos durante dos días, fue bastante básico, probablemente debido a que estaban en proceso de remodelación. Además, la alberca estaba cerrada por este mismo motivo, lo cual limita un poco la experiencia. Por otro lado, la ubicación es buena, ya que está cerca de tiendas y del centro, lo que facilita moverse y encontrar opciones. El estacionamiento también es un punto positivo: es seguro y muy práctico. En resumen, es un lugar funcional para descansar, pero definitivamente podrían mejorar en limpieza y en la experiencia general del huésped.

Many years ago, my husband stayed here, I think it may have been a Best Western at the time. So, since I was traveling to Clackamas, I reserved a room here. I guess my two issues were: 1. No coffee in the room. I travel quite a bit and have never stayed at a motel that did not have coffee available in the room. 2. There was a sign on the door that said for security to lock the bolt lock and secure the chain. There was no chain, apparently broken at some point and not repaired. I definitely did not feel that safe in this location.

The facility is very basic. Room 124 was clean. It had been poorly maintained: The bathroom door was hanging on its hinges and would not close; the outside door did not close reliably; there was a piece of medal from the bed frame laying on the floor and occasionally poking out to be a trip factor or other injury to staff or guests. The breakfast room was inviting, sometimes had a good selection of cold food choices and provided a toaster. However, it was not kept up or supervised. It often lacked utensils. I saw a guy drive up and come in and load up and leave. He may or may not have been a guest. If you got there early, the water for tea would be tepid; if you got there later, the choices of bagels, etc. would be meager. You have to haul your luggage up and down stairs. There are no elevators or ramps.
