「Our first off grid long weekend was absolutely beautiful! The cottage is cozy with fabulous amenities. The towels soft and fluffy, beds comfy, a wonderful greeting basket complete with a bottle of red! Even the fire pit was stocked! No problem with the fridge and we bought a camp stove toaster to make toast on the propane stove which we left for future guests. I used my hair dryer with no issue and never ran out of power. The description was spot on as well as the photos. The weekend did not...

「Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.」

「It is a cottage, well organized by Greg. Everything needed for kitchen was there and more. Made possible for my wife and l to enjoy are staycation and relax. My step daughter and a good friend of hers joined us and also enjoyed their stay. Greg thank you for being such a great host. Will be back.」

「Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!」

「My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!」

「The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town」

「This property is all about the view and access to the lake. Spectacular views and peaceful, quiet setting. Loads of seating on deck & around fire pit. Firewood was provided. 「The house is immaculate with touches of old charm and modern amenities. The beds were so comfortable that I slept in for the first time in years. It was the perfect spot to prepare for a wedding, and to also unwind after. I only wish I got more time to enjoy it as it was hard to leave! 10/10」

「The cottage and the area are lovely. Loved the hot tub and the dock. The cottage could use some maintenance though. Broken bed. I know you said that you have ordered a new one. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken microwave handle. Door off the sunroom sticks badly. If these were all fixed I would come back and / or recommend to friends.」
