Piso danificado e estufado por água

O piso do quarto era quase todo estufado por água. Deveriam trocar para evitar problemas. Tirando que não dá um aspectido de limpeza. Além de, com certeza, guardar sujeira nas ranhuras. O quarto não foi limpo em um dos dias da estada. Quando voltamos, estava tudo como deixamos. Do nada, o vazo sanitário parou de funcionar. Não conseguiram arrumar e nos mudaram para um quarto em melhores condições, mas foi apenas na última diária. Por que mudaram de quarto ao invés de arrumar a descarga? Porque não tem funcionário para manutenção no final de semana. É um hotel. Deveria funcionar 24/7.

O hotel tem um atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã, áreas comuns muito boas. Meu quarto, no entanto, achei que precisa de uma renovação. O banho é muito, bom, mas a climatização deixou a desejar, com ar condicionado de parede. Além disso, achei os travesseiros com cheiro ruim.

Boa localizacao e preco

Quarto amplo, atendeu bem a minha curta estadia. Pontos fortes: Hotel fica num ponto de facil acesso com transporte publico, cama confortável e bom cafe da manhã. Como pontos de melhoria, achei o box muito pequeno e o ar condicionado do quarto era daqueles de parede, extremamente ruidoso.

Foi OK. O quarto bastante barulhento. A pesar de ter sido trocado o piso, dava a impressão de já ter alguns anos, principalmente nas aberturas que não eram a prova de som, o que deixava o quarto bastante barulhento. Café da manhã ok. Ar condicionado de janela. Poderiam já ter instalado um equipamento split. Tomada para carregamento de celular bem acima da cabeceira da cama. Café da manhã poderia ter suco natural. Café da manhã bom m, quartos antigos e corredores precisando de reforma. Localização muito boa, mas o hotel precisa passar por reforma interior. Os quartos tem frigobar, mas estão sempre vazios, então por que ter frigobar no quarto ?? Outro dia pedi na recepção do hotel um abridor de vinh, e para a minha surpresa o hotel NÃO tem abridor de vinho (rsrsrsrs) incrível isso.
