「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5.」

「- Sehr hellhörige Zimmer - Zimmer insgesamt hochwertig und gute Aufteilung mit zwei Kindern - sehr laut im Speisesaal beim Frühstück - Kontakt bei Abreise leider sehr enttäuschend, nicht mal ein „wir hoffen es hat Ihnen gefallen“ oder ein „Gute Reise“, schade! 」
