We had a very nice loft apartment with heating and air conditioning. It also had a kitchen which was convenient, and located right next to Bolhao market and a short walk away from everything. The check-in process was really easy and the host messaged us with instructions ahead of time. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Porto.

Excellent location across from Balhao market with many other restaurants and cafes nearby. Not insanely far from the river. Only complaint is the apartment has some wear and tear. Bathroom shower leaked onto the floor a bit and there was some mildew on the drywall in the bath as well. Overall, would stay again but don’t expect a five star hotel here.

Point positif : très bien placé, face au marché. Double vitrage donc aucun bruit. Appart aéré et lumineux. Point négatif : la salle de bain est non refaite: infiltrations d eau sur les murs et étagères ,cabine de douche cassée, propreté douteuse, porte abîmée, lavabo à moitié bouché. Infiltrations de moisissures dans la chambre visibles derrière le papier peint qui se décolle, ampoule cassée dans l entrée. Bref, appartement qui pourrait être top mais non entretenu

Great property across the street from Mercado de Bolhão. Clean and well kept, we were met by Alex who was very helpful in getting us settled and great local recommendations for sights and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The staff was quite responsive. The flat is in a great location - literally across from the Bolhão market! We couldn't quite give it 5 stars because the kitchen wasn't stocked very well (lack of any paper products, and just one kitchen towel), the toilet ran constantly (hopefully that has been fixed by now), the sofa bed was not super comfortable and not easy to tuck away during the day. But if the measure of a good flat is whether or not one would come back, we would, we would just be aware of some of the issues.

Amazing location right next to the fantastic market & v close to metro / buses etc. (though Uber so cheap in Porto that's not so important). Check-in via a series of lock boxes (as they've no permanent reception on site) was easy enough & not really time dependant (despite the numerous emails/texts requesting a specific time for check-in prior to our arrival ??). Apartment is absolutely fine. Decent sized space with lounge/kitchen, bedroom & private showroom/WC. Kitchen works fine & we used it a couple of times which was handy. Apartment is obviously well used/a bit tired, but kept clean & tidy enough for us (we can cope with a bit of mould in a shower tray etc.) - more of a posh hostel than an apart-hotel in that sense I guess. We reported a couple of issues on arrival which were part-sorted quickly & without fuss. Communication was good & helpful. Air con is required as it gets hot quickly on sunny days & unfortunately one of the two units leaked quite badly so we couldn't use it. If you're a couple used to hotels looking for somewhere to spend time between exploring Porto, this might not be the place for you. It feels like it might be better suited for a group of two/three/four on a budget who are looking to share costs, happy with a sofa bed (in addition to the comfy double) & won't spend too much time there other than sleeping & a quick coffee / breakfast. It suited our purposes for 2 nights on this trip but we probably wouldn't return with other options available.
