» Located on the 2nd floor, this apartment provides an authentic city experience. Please be aware that reaching our cozy apartment involves climbing stairs, as there is no elevator.

» Guests must fill out a form with identity/passport information before or upon check-in.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.

» Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
