If you are an explorer and prefer to walk, the centre is about 25 minutes on foot.Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat you during your stay in our fantastic apartment.The apartment has a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room for one guest, which provides capacity to accommodate 3 people.The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is on the second floor.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra.
