We travelled to Porto by train from Lisbon- very convenient for train- few mins flat walk away. Central for eating, drinks and shops- short walk downhill to riverfront. Reception staff very helpful and a lovely terrace and breakfast room that served a very good varied breakfast

Great location and staff was very helpful and nice, however the bathroom had a bit of sewer smell once in a while. That said, I really think we were a bit unlucky and I'd stay in the same hotel with no problem.

Espaço super agradável no centro do Porto, mesmo junto á estação de comboios de São Bento. O espaço do alojamento situa-se num edifício antigo com excelentes pormenores de decoração, com tetos altos e pequenos recantos. O espaço do pequeno almoço é aconchegante e com tudo o que é necessário para começar bem o dia.

Really good experience we had at Casa. The hotel is very well located in the very central of Porto. Walkable to the main landmarks. The room was big enough and comfortable . Bed size was great. The best part was the breakfast!!! Many options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Definitely recommended.

I stayed with the smell of sewage in the bathroom for all 5 nights. We asked for improvement, but it didn't get better. Room cleaning only changes towels and spreads blankets, but does not clean bed sheets or floors.

The hotel is almost brand new, everything about the room I stayed in was so comfortable. All staff were very nice and helpful. João and Sarah at reception were quite knowledgeable about their city...just ask and they will answer, if they didn't know, they would find the answer. I would highly recommend others to stay there when visiting Lisboà but with warning that it could get pretty loud and noisy outside since they are located right where the the action is into late at night.

The property is convenient to everywhere. It just takes 10 minutes walking to any famous place in Porto. The front desk is extremely nice and helpful. We were late for check in and they waited for us. The breakfast was also outstanding. It has fresh juice, fruit, delicious pastry, coffee. The room is big, clean and quite.

La localización es perfecta. A casa dos loios es un lugar muy bonito pero me parece un poco ajustado en cuanto a espacio. Los baños de las habitaciones son muy pequeños, y lo que es llegar a la habitación me resultó poco práctico. Muchas escaleras. El desayuno es normal. Lo recomiendo si quieres estar céntrico pero no me parece del todo cómodo.

The position of our room in the property was not the easiest to get to with heavy luggage, but that aside everything else was perfect. Very friendly staff, lovely room, great breakfast, and a terrific location for visiting Porto old town. Thoroughly recommended.

Compromis rêvé entre un hôtel et un chez soit étoilé ! De plus, cet hôtel rénové est situé à 30 m d'une station de métro qui mène à l'aéroport. Situation idéale dans une rue semi-piétonne calme à quelques pas du MMIPO de l'église de la Miséricorde, soit l'un des plus beaux musées de la Vieille-Ville. Nous avions la chambre 227, chocolat et bouteille de vin pour l'accueil) soit le calme absolu hormis l'écho des mouettes car nous sommes à quelques minutes à pieds de la cathédrale et des principaux monuments, mais aussi des quais de la Douro ! Mention spéciale à Izabel et à son équipe pour nous offrir un petit-déjeuner royal à base de produits frais (fruits, légumes, oeufs...), et de préparations "maisons" (crêpes, pain, tartines, gâteaux...) et de spécialités locales (toasts, beignets, pasteis de nata...). A little odd, but fine overall
Room 116 and few others looked nothing like the photos they have, it felt like they boxed in an open space on a floor of an older building and added in a bathroom. My front door was storehouse like, but it was super clean inside, with a free bottle of wine, chocolates, and slippers. The breakfast buffet was good.

Had such an amazing stay. The property is centrally located next to many shops and restaurants. The building is absolutely beautiful and my room had a balcony with a phenomenal view. The staff were all so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Would certainly stay here again.

We really liked Casa dos Lóios by Shiadu. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants, cafes, & shops outside the front door. The hotel itself was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms with en suite bathroom w/shower. At breakfast, a generous and delicious full hot breakfast was included in our room rate. The kitchen staff were lovely, offering eggs your style daily. Management is visible and friendly. Helpful with restaurant choices. Also made umbrellas available at the front door. Highly recommend Casa dos Lóios by Shiadu in Porto.
