At first, everything was very good. The appartment is in a really cool neighborhood with lots of activities nearby (restaurants, boutiques, theater etc) But, in the morning, we found bed bugs. They were crawling EVERYWHERE in the sofa bed, there was blood all over the sheets and my friend has been eaten all over her body, it was horrifying. We took out luggages and left immediately to the nearest washing/drying machines to sanitize everything. They fully refunded the two nights we booked

This property has a great location overlooking a city square park steps away from bread and breakfast shop serving excellent coffee and morning pastries. Close to bus service groceries and evening eateries.

Close to downtown. Nice apartment but not easy to carry luggage to the 3rd floor without elevator. We had a kitchenette but couldn't use coffee machine - mo pods provided. Everything else was fine.

The apartment is within walkable distance to all major Porto attractions. There are plenty of dining options in the block. There is a beautiful park in front of the building. Perfect accommodation for a couple or 3. You will stay around locals which makes it a very good experience. Customer service of city view was excellent

Good Quality Accommodation

The small apartment is comfortable and adequately equipped, its is in a pleasantcentral location by a small park/square and surrounded by restaurants and amenities within very easy reach of the centre. A few small factors, like a wobbly chair that needs replacing, and pillow covers that are too small for the pillows, stop this being an all round excellent... but for me a great stay in Porto! thanks

Great central location

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a good central location. Only downside was when other residents came home in the early hours. Noisy on the wooden staircase. Would definitely recommend though. We were just unlucky. Very helpful staff

Bom custo benefício.

Tenha em mente que se trata de apartamentos que são locados e não um hotel. Prós: localização, cama confortável, cozinha americana completa. O atendimento feito pela Sra. Alexandra foi excelente. Recomendo que já tenha em mãos telefone, pois não há recepção, o prédio fica fechado e o hóspede terá que ligar e solicitar que alguém vá até o local para abrir a porta e fazer o check in. Contra: não há elevador, o que é péssimo se estiver com malas. O prédio tem cheiro de mofo.

Great location - few niggles

Great location and simple check-in/check-out and easy access, if a little difficult to find. The aircon had to be turned on/off manually by climbing on a chair to reach, as the remote wouldn't work and the wardrobe doors are INCREDIBLY difficult to open! No maps, or any helpful information or recommendations for the area and told we they could not provide a sheet for the sofa bed - we were two friends travelling together and although knew it was for two guests with a double bed wanted to make use of the sofa bed?? They were also only two tiny bottles of hairwash/shower gel for 2 of us for 3 days. However they did drop more of these off when requested, and very quickly.

Bedbugs

We had a great time in Lisbon, Viseu, and Braga. The last week of our trip in Porto, was such a terrible staying in the Sáto Lázaro-Oporto City View Apartments. 1. ☆☆ It was a apartment room in 2F. We wondered why our bodies were so itchy. On the third night of our staying there, we found bedbugs crawling over pillows around 2 a.m. We caught about five bedbugs and some of them were big. When I burst them, they poured out our blood because they sucked lots of blood. A few spots were had been for two days, but from the third night we checked the bedbugs, I think each person was bitten by about total 100 bites until check out. We couldn't sleep at that night, because we were scared. We stayed up all night. I sent a message to the manager with some photos at around 5 a.m., and I got a reply at 10 a.m. He said he was so sorry and he would make us to move to the third floor. We moved to the third floor after 2 o'clock. Nevertheless, the bedbug bittings continued after that, even we were bitten just sitting on the sofa. Last night we also found and killed one bedbug on the bed in 3F. After moving to the third floor, that day, the manager came to our apartment around 5 p.m. he said we were the first people to say about bedbugs but it doesn't mean we're the ones who contaminated the apartment with bedbugs. he said that the bite on the 3rd floor seems to be due to a bedbug with in our luggage from 2F. he said because of our claim, he had bought the bedbug killing medicine steam sprayer

Atendimento muito ruim

O apartamento em si é uma graça, ficamos no segundo andar com varanda que fica virado para a praça! Embora seja uma ruazinha movimentada não fica barulhento a noite, a porta isola bem o barulho. As instalações do apartamento são ok, mas o banheiro estava com cheiro de esgoto, a lixeira da cozinha estava quebrada e embora tenha máquina de lavar e varal, não tem pregadores. A propriedade não tem elevador, então se vc estiver com muitas malas como foi o nosso caso, vc irá sofrer um pouco para chegar no segundo e terceiro andares. O ponto mais negativo para mim foi o atendimento, o que me faria não voltar a essa rede. Eles não enviaram nenhuma informação sobre o check in, não tinha ninguém na propriedade, o contato que tem no site ninguém atende, quando finalmente consegui falar com alguém a pessoa me disse que supostamente eles estavam tentando contato há 3 dias o que não aconteceu pois não recebi absolutamente nenhum contato deles. Ficamos 40 minutos na rua com 12 malas até que eles resolvessem o problema, sem contar que ele não permitiu nem que entrássemos no hall da entrada pelo menos para ficarmos mais seguras até finalizar toda a burocracia.
