Excellent place! A heritage apartment in a great location, but sort of nested in a side street. Very easy to get around. Some of the stairs in the apartment we stayed were a bit steep but not enough to cause any issues. Highly recommend!

Awesome apartment in Porto

Our family really enjoyed this apartment. It was very spacious. Has beautiful massive stones wall on one side of the unit. Has nice kitchen and a clothes washer. However, there is no dryer and we had to use a drying rack. The only negative for us is that the bathroom and bedrooms are not separated by a door so it might be uncomfortable for some people who would want privacy. The location was great with nearby shopping on the popular street and indoor mall.

Superlative!

Our stay at D’Autor Apartments Alegria was amazing! The apartment was spacious, spotless, well appointed, very comfortable and in a convenient location. The staff were helpful and the continental breakfast ample. The apartments are in a converted building which retains some of the original features and is serviced by a (very slow) lift. I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking for accommodation in Porto

Logement magnifique mais non nettoyé le 2eme jour et en manque de papier toilette ! Bon petit déjeuner mais si vous n’arrivez pas dans les premiers, vous n’aurez que les restes (dans notre cas, plus de salade de fruits, plus de pâtisseries, plus de yaourts). Pour le prix et le standing, ce n’est pas normal. Dommage…

Highly recommend - perfect location!

Stay here. The apartment is great and you can't get a better location - in the middle of everything but just off the main streets with all the noise. Communication was good - we had all of the info we needed well in advance of our arrival. Keypad on the door means you don't need to arrange to meet anyone. Place was cleaned every day. The 2 bedroom we had was beautiful, looked like it was newly renovated and it was super clean. There is breakfast available (we didn't try it) and there is a small grocery store 1 block away (and a big one 3 blocks away). Bakeries, restaurants etc. right around the corner. The only very, very small downside: the bathrooms are very modern and nicely designed but very tiny and the two in the bedrooms have no doors. Fine if you are solo in a room or married forever, but might be slightly awkward if it is a romantic vacation :) The kitchen has the basics in terms of plates etc. but its a bit quirky - for example, there are tea bags but no cups (if you want tea you would make it in a bowl?), 1 dishwasher tab, no dishtowels, no salt/pepper but there is sugar. Easily solved, just a bit funny. Overall, a fantastic spot! We loved it.

Volvería sin dudarlo, es un lugar estupendo y la ubicación es ideal. Cumplió y superó mis expectativas. La atención es insuperable y el desayuno abundante y delicioso. Al llegar no había lavadora en el depa como lo describía en lo reservado pero lo resolvimos rápidamente. Ah! Ese jabón dorado que tienen en la ducha es glorioso! Amé el sitio y su gente.

This is a beautiful apartment. Check-in can be tricky so be sure to notify time you will be there to meet someone. We waited a bit, but loved the accommodations once we checked in. Also, I would take the stairs vs. the elevator.

Beautiful, clean and perfectly located apartment. Very spacious! Quiet and very exclusive feeling. The breakfast was okay. We weren’t sure what was available and the dining room was very chilly. Would have liked to have our bottled water and Nespresso capsules filled daily.

Great location- ( close to central square and restaurants, clean, unique design particularly in bathroom. Large spacious living room. Welcome appetizers.. Continental breakfast ( all one needs) Only four apartments- elevator for luggage. Would certainly return next trip to Porto ( lots to love about these apartments) and write this review in fear that the prices might go up with such a positive critique. Communication with office was very efficient, helpful and clear . Response time was excellent . Bravo to them. Well deserved !

The place is huge with fabulous modern design. The bed and pillows were fantastic.. I slept like a baby. The Tv in the living room wasn’t working but the one in the bedroom was fine . It’s in the old town district so the attractions are all nearby. I loved the place and will definitely recommend to others!
