Fantastic!

The location is ideal and the property is well-maintained and fashionable. Communication with property managers is easy via WhatsApp and they were very supportive. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great Location Great Service

Super clean property within walking distance of most anything. The apartment was larger than i thought and well furnished. The representative was there to meet me, answer any questions and give solid recommendations. I had a rental car -- so i was thrilled to find a place with parking. The only negative: it rained a lot while I was there -- but i don't blame the apartment owners :)

Suggestions for improvement

While the location of the property was very good and the host was very helpful and readily responsive to our needs, the noise level from the street traffic was quite disturbing. And because there was no air conditioning and we had to close all the windows, the apartment was quite hot making sleeping at night uncomfortable. Installing an A/C unit would make the property ideal for a short stay.

A week in Porto

Location was great As many other guests have noted, unit is located on a very busy street, hence lots of traffic noise Unit is pretty well as described, however, absent from unit was a comfortable chair as depicted in VRBO photos, leaving one very uncomfortable pull out couch. Also, the knives provided were super dull and in need of replacement along with the addition of a bread knife and a pair of scissors Hosts were quire communicative however did not deliver or replacing above mentioned items at all during our week long stay This is why I have given an overall rating of 3

The apartment is in a good location, Ideal for two people, close to variety of shops and restaurants. Easy access to everywhere on foot.When we had a problem with the shower hose it was immediately sorted out.

Nice clean confortable place. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Check in was smooth and recommendation of places to visit was very nice. Only complaint was that the street the building is facing had a very busy traffic and noisy.

Pleasant stay :)

We really enjoyed our time and stay at this apartment. Clean, comfortable unit space with heated bathroom floors. They provided us with a map, introduced us to the home features, and gave us all the essentials (shower wash, shampoo, Tide pods for the clothes washer). The host rep who let us inside was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint or where I saw room for improvement was the communication and check in process. I’d highly recommend an automated entry key pad to enter the building and code to a lockbox to access the keys for the unit. It was nerve wrecking to have to schedule the exact arrival time with direct communication limitations. We were standing out on the street with all of your luggage, next to a group of strangers, waiting to be let into the apartment. It’s a safety concern especially when arriving late in the evening or when first visiting a new or unfamiliar town. We would definitely return here again if the checkin process was streamlined in a more independent manner. Vacation time is so precious and limited that it’s really important for customers to get settled in quickly so they can go out and explore all of the wonderful things that Porto has to offer!

a good place to stay

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a great place to relax . The kitchen was well stocked enough to make a simple meal in when we were tired of dining out at restaurants during our trip. The only issue with the apartment is that it is on a busy street, we found that keeping the fan on at night drowned out the traffic noise. However it may not be ideal for light sleepers.

Fim-de-semana prolongado

Receção top: pessoa muito simpática, com indicações claras e disponível. A habitação encontra-se numa zona privilegiada que permite uma deslocação, sem necessidade de transporte, pela baixa do Porto ou até para uma deslocação até Vila Nova de Gaia. Porém, para quem necessite, tem garagem privada (exatamente conforme fotografias) de fácil acesso. A cama é bastante espaçosa; a sala tem um sofá também largo com uma boa televisão. A cozinha completamente equipada. Todo o apartamento parecia estar muito bem limpo e organizado. As únicas sugestões seriam quanto ao isolamento acústico, dado ouvirem-se os carros (e tb as pessoas que passam na rua) bem como o facto de haver luz que entra pelas portadas... Mas nada que comprometa um fds bem passado!
