Perfekt läge i Portos centrum med bra parkering, måste dock kunna backa i trånga utrymme. Jättefin lägenhet med det basala du behöver. Väldigt trevlig värd och lätt att kommunicera med. Bra frukostställe runt hörnet. Skulle absolut bo här igen om jag åkte till Porto med bil.

The room was fine and the location was fantastic, both 4-5 stars! The reason for the 1 star rating was checking out with parking being a total disaster. Another patron had their car parked in such a way that the garage door could not fully open, making it impossible to get our car out (probably not the property manager's fault?). What was his fault, was the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue. Not a single response to 8 What's App messages plus numerous direct texts, phone calls, and voicemails (still no response whatsoever to this day for even an apology). Having to get to the airport ASAP, we went to each of the about 10 apartments (only a couple answered their door, neither the offender car owner). We even called Sixt Car Rental (sticker on window of blocking car), and they tried to call the car's renter, no response. After over an hour of failed attempts to resolve this issue, my "Macguyver" skills kicked in, and I resorted to disassembling the arm of the automatic door opener/closer. With greasy hands, we made our flight only because we skipped visiting Fatima (was a must visit on our way to Lisbon). We were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication or help in an emergency, and that is the fault of the property. I'd request some sort of compensation for this failure, but they'd probably ignore that as well. Do not book this property if there is any chance you need help in an emergency!

Owner very responsive and friendly, helped a lot with parking instructions onsite and recommendations of restaurants nearby. Good location with easy access. I really recommend this property.

Great location and great stay

Lovely spot in porto, right downtown we walked everywhere. They also had a parking spot in the building which made it extra handy for us. Wasn't particularly loud, and the host that was there to greet us to park our car was lovely. Great stay.
