「Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them.
