The staffs are very friendly, but unfortunately we never succeed to access WiFi from our room. The wifi is only working in the ground floor. Room is tiny but comfortable still, location is right in the middle of everything but the area is very alive so very noisy in the night.

Malheureusement les photos de la chambre que nous avions réservées étaient fausses. Nous avons été terriblement déçu en arrivant à l’hôtel, nous avons essayé de trouver une solution avec le personnel de l’hôtel mais ils niaient la situation. Nous avons dû payer 50€ de plus que prévu, par nuit, afin de résider dans une chambre convenable. Cette nouvelle chambre qui nous a été attribué ressemblait énormément à ce que nous avions vu sur le site lorsque nous avons réservé la chambre initiale. Nous pensons que cela était un scam afin de nous faire payer plus cher. Énormément déçu.

The guest house is in a great, central location, close to restaurants and sights. Easy to access from the airport (Line E to Trinidade and transfer for 1 stop to Aliados), although the hotel is then another 7 min walk up a steep hill. The room is very basic, like a dorm, bare bones. Shower is small and leaked water. Would be great if they had a coffeemaker in the room or even cups. The alternative is to go the kitchen on the 2nd floor between 8-5 to request it. Breakfast is included, starting at 8 am and is a simple continental spread. The worst part of the stay is the loud noise all through the night that you can hear even from the higher floors, recommend going somewhere else if you’re a light sleeper or bring ear plugs. Otherwise, it’s ok for a few nights.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and location was great. Breakfast was uninspired. I’d say this was a two star hotel. Very affordable though compared to others in the area. There is noise from the clubs in the area at night, yet I didn’t find it too bothersome.

Det værste low budget hotel jeg har været indtil nu . Værelse var småt , i dårligt stand og ligger på en gade med mange værtshus . Man få ikke sovet mellem 23.00 og 6.00 om morgenen på grund af støj fra gaden .Beliggenhed er meget central og rengøring af værelserne var i orden , men det er igså det eneste positive. Stedet kan ikke anbefales.

Worst hotel experience ever!

This hotel is perfect for you if you don’t prioritise your sleep. The walls are shaking from the music from the nightclub besides and that’s not even mentioning the noise from all the people outside. The last night we couldn’t sleep one minute and left 7 hours before our flight was taking off and tried to sleep some hours on the airport instead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it’s much more worthy to book a more expensive hotel. As well the rooms looks more like a prison cell than a hotel room. Overall really sad by the hotel experience which is such a shame since the city and location of it is very good. One thing that is weird is that you have to leave in your key every time you leave the hotel, it made us not feel safe leaving our things at the room.

BEDBUGS!!!!!! Many unpleasant aspects: extremely loud club music through the floor until 6am even on weekdays, wifi worked maybe 1/3 of the time, they have a policy where you can't take your room keys outside requiring an interaction (or basically permission) to leave. All that I can deal with but being covered in itchy red welts from BEDBUGS is unacceptable! After inspecting the bed we found a couple bugs and signs that they had been living on that mattress for a while. Gross.
