Bedbugs!!

I have never left a review before but feel I have to warn people not to stay here. I rented this apartment as a place to stay with my friends in Porto for my birthday. We go there and the windows wouldn’t open. We asked for mor towels and were told only one towel per person per stay. Ok, no big deal. The first night two of my friends had gone out. They woke me up at midnight to tell me they had found bedbugs in their bed. When we turned on the light there were bedbugs everywhere on my bed and blood where they had bitten me. We found bedbugs in the third bedroom as well.We patched and left. It took us two hours to find a hotel in the middle of the night. I called the management company twice and was told there was nothing they could do we were on our own. I have never received an apology from them at all. They refunded one night of my two night stay. This is the worst x experience I have ever had with a vacation rental. Don’t stay here!

Bel appartement il devrait y avoir un kit de nettoyage car pas trop pratique d acheter tout pour juste3 nuits. Au moins l essentiel. Les fenêtres qui ne s ouvrent pas et le bruit des rues. Sinon grand spacieux. Lit confortable mais penser à mettre un protège matelas
