appartement qui ne correspond pas au descriptif à la porte de la salle de bain coté couloir une infiltration d'eau ainsi que la fenêtre de la chambre cassée et entre ouverte, nous avons attrapé froid les 3 première nuit car il pleuvait dans la chambre et beaucoup de vent appartement très trés bruyant fête voisine toutes les nuits, impossibles de dormir la porte de la chambre ne coulisser pas non plus Nous avons eu aussi le bac à douche qui est tout rouillé très dangereux pour les pieds et maladie De plus celui si comporter un rideau qui avait jaunit on aurait dit du pipi, pas propre Dans le descriptif on nous dit L'appartement dispose également de plusieurs fenêtres dans tout l'espace, vous permettant de profiter de la lumière du soleil et de la vue sur la ville dans le confort de votre maison . C'est faux on ne peux meme pas les ouvrir et celle de la chambre et coller avec du noir on se sent enfermer, on ne voit pas l'exterieur , les vitres sont floutés et on ne peut rien ouvrir, vu sur mur en béton
De plus, trace par les murs marron, manque de serviette nous étons 2 et avons eu 2 grande serviette pour 2 et seulement 1 petite pour 2. seulement 2 sacs poubelles, pas de torchons ,meuble électrique a l'entrée cassé 1 éponge mais qui été noir, on ne sait pas si elle avait servit à nettoyer le Wc. table instable et très petite , pas d'étendoir à linge,pas de balais ni de pelle si on aurai voulu ramassé quelques chose
J’ai envoyer une réclamation à getready l’agence qui s’en occupe aucune réponse pas de dédommagement rien

Uma semana no Porto
Apesar da descrição ser idêntica ao alojamento, existem alguns pontos menos bons sobre o alojamento, são eles a falta de ar condicionado no quarto pois a perde do quarto está virada para o sol e o mesmo parece um forno, a casa de banho é muito pequena, sendo a bacia demasiado pequena, as roupas “toalhas de banho” são limitadas, mas também não sei se pedido nos dariam mais, de resto, ótimo atendimento e boa localização.
