  • Welcome to my home!

    Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

    This room can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

    Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

    The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

    The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

    The place is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

    Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

    We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

    Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

    The room is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

    Closest Metro Station: Bolhão (2 min).

    This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
    There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
    Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
    Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
    Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
    Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Very small, very impersonal, not very thoughtful use of the minimal space. Not in a great state of repair: electric socket hanging from walls, sliding French doors to balcony didn't latch correctly, handle missing from tap, toilet loose on the floor and rocked back and forth / from side to side. Could not use kettle or coffee machine safely without getting on floor and unplugging fridge, and I had to rearrange furniture to be able to plug them in at all! Asked for an adapter plug or extension but Guestready contact had no interest in helping. For the money there are MANY better places to stay for a week in Porto (I've stayed in several).
