Location was perfect, just outside Cathedral walls and close to Ponte Luiz. But 3 metres from property is construction site, noisy from 8 am to 7 pm. Also we had a problem with high-tech door, not locking from inside apartment. There was communication with Guest ready, who is managing property, but they didn't solve a problem. They asked for videos to be send, promised maintenance team to come and fix it....nothing happened for 3 days.Unacceptable! Otherwise, apartment was spacious and very nice...steep street in historic district

The Service was very bad. The second I booked the unit through Expedia, they started threatening me that the reservation is not finalized unless I send them money directly to their web portal and fill out a multitude number of forms. They denied all my requests, no early check-in, no extra Clean towels, no Extra trash bags, the unit is very dirty with dust due to Ongoing construction across the building, too much noise due to construction, the shower is not updated, very old, and rust and molds are present in the shower. The unit is located in an old area where there is very limited parking and challenging to get an Uber or Volt in. If I have to go back, I will pick a completely different neighborhood and would not use a rental that is managed by "guest Ready"
