Beautiful with a few problems

Beim Check in gab es aufgrund eines Stromausfalls Probleme, die uns den gesamten ersten Abend gekostet haben. Der Support war zu erreichen und hat auch innerhalb 3 Stunden das Problem gelöst allerdings wurden wir nicht benachrichtigt über die Fortschritte. Das war wirklich ärgerlich, Vorallem die Kommunikation mit uns! Es wurde ein Rückruf versprochen und das Problem war schon bekannt bevor wir ankamen. Mit mehr Pech hätten wir bis 23 Uhr auf der Straße gestanden mit Koffer usw. Das Zimmer ist so hübsch wie auf den Bildern und wirklich optimal gelegen in Porto. Wir waren etwas erstaunt, dass das Esszimmer auf den Bildern ein Gemeinschaftsbereich ist, das ging für uns aus dem Inserat nicht hervor. Leider kann man aufgrund der Lage nicht mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, es ist dann sehr laut.
