Guests also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with essential appliances such as a microwave, kettle and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare light meals or morning coffee. A small dining area with a table and stools offers a charming spot for breakfast or informal meals, blending rustic and contemporary style.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible. We are available 24/7 for any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a private home, so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care you would give your own home.

A cosy and well-located apartment in Porto, situated in a central residential area near Boavista and Massarelos. Guests are within walking distance of Casa da Música, the Crystal Palace Gardens and the Serralves Museum and Gardens.
The area offers excellent public transport links, with nearby bus routes and easy access to the historic city centre, Ribeira and iconic landmarks such as the Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants and cultural spaces, it is an ideal base to enjoy Porto's architecture, green spaces and vibrant local atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately 5 to 7 minutes' walk from the property, providing easy access to the city centre and surroundings.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about 10 to 12 minutes' drive from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes' drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property has self check-in and identity verification will be required before check-in. Check-in is available from 2 pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a cap of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic supplies: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen change: the price of the cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
