This luxury apartment is the perfect blend of modern amenities and seclusion. Nestled in a secluded spot just across the Douro River; the apartment enjoys a private balcony that offers a scenic river-side view of Porto, and is furnished with all modern amenities. It has two bedrooms, a queen-size bed (both lined in hotel quality linens), built-in wardrobes and private TV. A fully-equipped kitchen with marble counter-tops that opens up to a spacious living room, and a dedicated dining room.

Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival.

- Please note that the street where this apartment is located will be blocked for the next two years due to ongoing construction for Porto's new metro line.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It’s also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
