Take a walk in the Porto City Park or, for those looking to relax, Matosinhos beach is the perfect place to spend the day and enjoy an impressive sunset. With its rich history, stunning scenery, and endless variety of activities, you will always have something to do. Matosinhos is also known for having the largest number of restaurants per square meter, bringing together an unparalleled gastronomic offer.
It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Matosinhos Sul station and a 9-minute walk from Brito Capelo station. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
