Welcome to my apartment!

This modern place is perfect for a small group of friends or couples wanting to be close to festive Bolhaõ or idyllic Fontaínhas but desires to experience a more 'authentic' experience of Porto.

The apartment comprises a spacious living area facing an equally spacious private terrace outside. Sunlight fills the space via the large glass-sliding door; you'll from the room minimalistic furnished with a convertible sofa bed and TV to keep you entertained, a small dining table to fit four, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessities to cook light meals.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. It also has direct access to the large terrace via a sliding door.

The bathroom comes with all the basics, including a large walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, working hard to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Bonfim is a quietly confident neighbourhood: it’s not full of must-sees, but it's a sleepy, authentic part of Porto where locals have been living their whole lives. If you want to escape the expensive restaurants of varying quality in busy Baixa, head to Bonfim to eat at neighbourhood cafes and snack bars for a couple of Euros.

These days, Bonfim exhibits only the first signs of gentrification. You'll soon sniff out speciality coffee and vegan cafes in Bonfim. However, it doesn't seem overrun with modern influences. Bonfim is the perfect blend of 80% traditional and 20% cool.

On foot: walk from the city centre in 15 minutes. If you've arrived at Campanhã railway station, you're just a few moment's walks from Bonfim.

By train: If you're arriving from another city, Campanhã station is well located on the edge of Bonfim. This is why Bonfim makes for an excellent place for Porto day trips since trains to destinations like Aveiro, Braga and Guimarães depart from Campanhã.

By bus: plenty of buses service near Bonfim.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
