PERFECT location for walking around the old Town of Porto. Perfect instructions and easy process for entering property. There is a lift for luggage so you don't have to carry up and down the stairs. We had cold weather so very happy there were 2 separate space heaters. I love very hot showers so was very happy with the shower! Very comfy bed with extra pillows and duvet in closet. Overall this was a perfect place for exploring the area.

Good location, not great service

The apartment was small but as described. The sofabed wasn't very comfortable. We did not have the best experience. First of all I had to chase GuestReady for access details right up to the time I left for the airport. When we arrived, despite having ticked the box to indicate we wanted to use the main bed and the sofabed, no sheets or duvet cover was supplied for the sofa bed. I messaged GuestReady via VRBO, a

I was positively surprised by this place, because the rate is good. It was clean, nicely furnished, had good WiFi, and was on a quiet backstreet, yet right next to good eateries and amenities. The only minor nuisance is that key pickup is elsewhere (Castle Rock is best), but they do deliver keys for a fee, which I'd do next time. Supermarkets are nearby, and the suite has kitchen and cooking equipment and a fridge. Recommended.
