The neighborhood is quiet and calm too, what brought additional sensation of calmness. We felt safe and able to rest properly. The only thing we found lacking was the absence of cooking possibilities. There is a stove and oven, which are not activated. This asset would have facilitated our stay much more.

Great and very clean listing. I just wish the owner would’ve answered me on Vrbo. It would also be nice if the washroom light wouldn’t turn off every 5 seconds. Other than those two things, awesome experience!

Large spacious room with 2 double beds. Large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets, hairdryer and body wash/shampoo. Shops & restaurants nearby. Metro is 5 min walk away. Self catering apartment with Kitchen which is shared with others, might not suit everyone. Dishwasher didn't work however we did get washing up liquid and sponge in room. Room serviced once a week but if you need chance of towels/linen before then it’s chargeable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Juste avant votre arrivée, vous devez fournir les numéros de vos cartes d'identité pour valider la location, chose qui ne se fait jamais sur Abritel.
A notre arrivée, nous remarquons que la plaque de cuisson ainsi que le four ne fonctionnent pas, nous envoyons un message pour prévenir, mais aucune réponse de leur part. Le mardi, nous voyons la femme de ménage et lui expliquons le problème. Cependant ça n'a rien changé.
Dans l'annonce, c'est précisé qu'il y a un lave linge, hors il n'y en a pas.
Cependant les locaux ainsi que la chambre sont propres et entretenu.
Alors si vous mangez a l'extérieur midi et soir et que vous avez l'habitude de faire votre linge dans une laverie automatique, c'est parfait.
Seulement pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, ça devient vite un soucis.

Dos días en Oporto
El alojamiento esta MUY BIEN, es un local comercial adecuado para su nuevo uso ( alojamiento turístico ), si hay que sacarle algún "pero" comentarle al propietario que se le ha olvidado poner calefacción en los baños, las duchas no tienen mucha presión y el aislamiento sonoro con la calle no es el apropiado, nuestra habitación ( hay 5 ) comparte espacio común ( salón y cocina ). Esta céntrico dentro de lo que cabe, a nosotros nos gusta caminar y no nos ha costado ir a la plaza del ayuntamiento y la zona más concurrida y volver a subir andando, aparcamos el coche a la puerta del alojamiento ( creo que tuvimos suerte ), VOLVERIAMOS.
