Apartment located in a 19th century building. XVIII, fully rehabilitated, located in the historic center of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996), 2 minutes walk from Ribeira do Porto. The building's architecture was internationally awarded; On the facade you can see Neo-Palladian and Baroque architectural elements, characteristic of the city of Porto, which were maintained and rehabilitated.

This studio apartment features modern decor, with quality furniture and appliances for a perfect stay in the city of Porto.

The apartment has a living room overlooking Rua do Infante Dom Henrique and its square, Palácio da Bolsa, among other points of interest.

The living room is very bright, has a sofa bed for one person, furniture with TV and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.

All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.
Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and bathtub for babies, babybath) you must notify us in good time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all available facilities.
