The Space:

This fully equipped flat is ideally located in the heart of Porto, in the vibrant Bolhão neighbourhood. From the window, enjoy stunning views of the iconic Bolhão Market, one of the city's must-see tourist attractions. The flat offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and much more. The bright and airy living room features an inviting sofa, a dining table and a private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with soft towels, fresh sheets and a first aid kit for your peace of mind. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, television and heating for a pleasant stay.

Getting Around:

The location of Bolhão Market Apartment II offers easy access to various public transport options. The nearest underground station, Bolhão station, is just a few steps away from the apartment, providing quick and convenient connections to other areas of Porto and its surroundings. Several bus lines also serve the area, with stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. For those travelling by train, São Bento station is a short distance away, allowing connections to other Portuguese cities. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is accessible by metro or taxi, with an estimated travel time of 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Street parking can be limited, but there are paid car parks nearby.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
