The Space:
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room is cosy and perfect for relaxing, with direct access to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool, offering moments of tranquillity. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The en-suite bathroom ensures your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment features a concierge service, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, the en-suite bathroom, the private bedroom and shared areas such as the swimming pool, the garden and the gym.
The Neighborhood:
Make the most of the apartment’s prime location! Just an 11-minute walk away is the Estádio do Dragão, a landmark in the city. The metro station, just 600 metres away, offers easy access to every corner of Porto. Explore the Parque de S. Roque, a romantic oasis with a hedge maze, just a stone’s throw away. For shopping and dining, the Alameda Shop & Spot shopping centre, 400 metres away, offers a variety of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Getting Around:
To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). Furthermore, the apartment is conveniently located near an extensive public transport network, making it easy to reach various parts of the city. Free on-street parking is available.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of €150. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
