You will also be close to one of the city's hidden gems, Parque de S. Roque, which features a romantic hedge maze. Just 400 meters away, you’ll find the Alameda Shop & Spot shopping center, where you can access everything from fashion stores to restaurants and a large supermarket.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The €2.00 fee included in the stay price applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of €150. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
