The Space:
You will have a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed; a bathroom with a shower; a living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a sofa bed for one extra person; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including an espresso machine and a dishwasher, so you can feel right at home.

We are committed to your comfort and entertainment, offering air conditioning and free WIFI. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
You will be in the heart of the city, right on Rua de Santa Catarina, the main shopping street, putting you just minutes away from everything you need for a worry-free stay. And if you want to explore further, the Bolhão metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

There are plenty of places to check out, from the Majestic Café to the São João Theatre, with many iconic spots to leave you amazed. And to fuel up for more exploring, there are great restaurants nearby, from the traditional Francesinha at Café Santiago to more classic Portuguese cuisine at Abadia.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 for smoking will be applied.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost will be subject to consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses up to €150. Any excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant is obliged, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of our team to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

We also offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
