The hotel is in a very good location. We were 3 so got the third floor with no lift. Shower stream wasn’t that good. Overall had a good stay, Communication was only through sms message and couldn’t really speak to someone face to face.

A NO GO

The room was like a black, small hole. No windows, no airing, no ventilation. On the other hand, lots of mold in the bathroom. Far from what the photo promised. Horrible experience.

Could not sleep for 2 nights due to people above us partying until 4am, no insulation in the hotel, can hear everything from all other rooms above and to the side. When contacted customer service, they told us they cannot help us.

オンラインチェックインは苦手なので不安でしたが、やってみると簡単でした。 玄関と部屋に別のオープンコードが設定してあり、セキュリティはしっかりしているようです。 チェックイン時シャワールームのドアが壊れておりエージェントを通じてクレームをつたえたところ修理に丸２日かかりました。 ホテルに人がいないので、部屋に問題があった際は非常に困ります。 他が素晴らしいだけに非常に残念です。

You can hear a lot of noise from the hall way. The lobby smelled damp, maybe moldy. Placed the sign to clean the room and it took 2 days before they cleaned it. Told staff to change the sheet, but they still did not, because, as they said, the sheets looked clean. Overall the room is acceptable, but noisy when there are people in the hallway/on the stairs. Cleaning service was bad, but customer service was always available and tried to be helpful.

Excelente acomodação, toda nova e mantida com capricho. facilidade de acesso por senha para entrada e saída, a uma curta distância do Mercado do Bolhão e segura. Impressionou a limpeza de todo o prédio e a disposição das amenities para o cliente!!!! Muito Bom!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this place. Damp in room

Paid extra to stay in a terraced room. Ended up on ground floor low ceiling room. The room was full of damp. The corridor outaide the room had serious damp. You could leave door open for freah air as it is on ground floor and had a garden which peiple came to smoke. Very disappointed and the joke being paid extra for this room. No solution to move as it was fully booked aparently even though they have several propeties in the area. The instructions to into the property was poor. Didnt specify room number and i had to get in touch with customer services. Being an online Nd humanless check in seems good on paper but when there is issues there is no support. There are better options in the city which i have used before i would use this company again

Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Well located

We stayed 5 nights. Easy check-in and check-out, well located and very close to the city center (we did quite all our visits by foot). Our room was small with no window on the outside but with a view of the staircase. Negative point: bathroom seals need to be renewed and the soundproofing in the room was not great. Not sure I will book this hotel during summer time: I guess it could be very noisy

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Premier séjour rien à dire. Tout s'est très bien passé. Le second séjour a été très décevant. Certaines chambres qu'on ne voit pas en photo sont très petites et n'ont pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais sur le couloir de l'immeuble et c'est un peu bruyant. Localisation parfaite sinon.

Bel appartement et situation géographique au top !

Check-in et check-out en toute autonomie et tres facile, j'ai apprécié ce système ! Appartement idéalement situé, c'était vraiment bien d'être proche du centre ville à pied et d'avoir les transports en communs à proximité, bel appartement refait a neuf, la terrasse est très bien. Tout était super, très content de mon séjour, seul point négatif : les finitions de la salle de bain, il faut refaire les joints d'étanchéité !

En general diria que es un halojamiento de tipo medio 7 o 7,5 sobre 10. La comunicación por WhatsApp es rápida y buena. Habitaciones de aspecto moderno, colchon y almohada comodos. Limpio y dotado de todo lo necesario. Creo que seria interesante algún tipo de lavado de cara como actualizar pintura y algo de mobiliario. La localización geografica es bastante buena y el entorno con muchas posibilidades. Probablemente lo recomendaría.

Experiência adorável nesse hotel. Quarto pequeno, mas super aconchegante. Muito bem localizado, praticamente do lado da rua Santa Catarina (onde tem a igreja dedicada a mesma santa, toda revestida de azulejos), rua de comércio e tbm com um shopping. Valeu muito a pena ter ficado nele.
