112-R Terrace apartment
Located on the 3rd floor of the building, it has a large terrace (100 square meters) and outdoor furniture, a living and dining area (with dining table, sofa bed and TV), kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity is 4 people, and are guaranteed: Internet (cable and Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels and weekly cleaning.

The EPO. APT - PortoApartments is a charming modernist building dating back to 1936. The building is a striking example of Deco architecture from the 1930s. This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project started in 2012 and completed in 2016, which recovered the exterior facades of the building and its interior spaces converting them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.

The EPO. APT - OportoApartments is located in the emerging area of ​​Cedofeita in the center of Porto. It is located on the urban circuit between downtown Porto, the historical center of the city, and Boavista, a modern business center and hotel area. In the neighborhood you can find all kinds of public services (health center, hospital, pharmacy, police) and street commerce (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc). Although located in a central area of ​​the city, the surrounding area is quiet with large, leafy spaces.
Mobility is ensured by a good public transport network (metro and bus). The closest metro station is Carolina Michaelis (two minutes walk), with a direct line to the airport (line E, 20 min), with several direct lines to Campanhã Train Stations (line A, B, C, E) and São Bento Station (line D, with transfer at Trindade metro station).
The surrounding area is marked by important buildings such as the historic Romanesque Church of Cedofeita (1 min. Walk), and Casa da Música, a recently built concert hall (5 min. Foot). To visit the Clérigos Tower or Avenida dos Aliados in Baixa, you can travel with the metro (2 min.), With the bus (lines 202 or 602, 10min.) Or you can walk (20min.). Tout ce que nous avions besoin

L’appart est propre et tout est fonctionnel. La terrasse est un plus par beau temps. Malgré qu’il y a possibilité de coucher plus de 2 personnes, l’appart est trop exigu pour loger plus de 2 personnes, même des enfants. La situation géographique fait en sorte qu’il n’est pas obligatoire de prendre le transport public pour visiter les endroits touristiques de la ville de Porto et il est prės de stations d’autobus et de métro. Les services tel que épiceries et restos ne sont qu’à quelques minutes de marche. Nous aurions apprécié avoir du savon pour un ou 2 lavages de vêtements au même titre qu’il y avait du liquide à vaisselle. Pour un séjour international, il est difficile de prévoir quel type de savon apporter dans les valises et désagréable de devoir acheter une boîte complète pour un ou 2 lavages et laisser le tout. Peut-être à préciser dans la description sur le site?

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Lage top, ca. 200 m zur nächsten U-Bahn. 2-3 Stationen bis zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig aber sehr sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Dachterasse ist sehr groß und man sitzt sehr schön. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Poto Besuch wieder hier buchen, wenn es frei ist.

Le logement est bien situé, proches de tout. Cependant il manquait quelques commodités comme du café et sucre. Les fourmis entrent parfois dans le logement. Il n’y avait pas de lit double. Si c’est problèmes sont résolut l’appartement est un must pour tout ceux qui veulent visiter Porto.

We stayed in the apartment which has a great and large terrace facing west. There is, however, a lot of traffic noise in daytime, from the traffic passing below. There is all what you need for two people, but it is very basic. None of the chairs has cushion, inside and outside. We were also missing a dresser, as we were staying 11 night, and had to have some of our cloths in the suitcase. We were surprised that there was waterbed, it didn’t do any good for our sleep. Parking can be done free of cost, if you are parking in the area Carolina Michaellis metro, there are no restrictions for parking on the public street. The apartment is convenient located in short walking distance from metro station.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, perfectly suitable for visits of Porto

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, has IKEA furniture and a nice terrace. The next Metro Station is only 5 mintues walk away so it is very suitable for visits of Porto. We had a failure of the hot water boiler, which Mr. Ferreira repaired directly the next morning. Thank you!
