The staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast was sufficient. The location was a bit far from Porto which wasn’t too bad but the Tram ran right outside of the place so if you are a light sleeper, it could be terrible since it runs nonstop into the night. I wish there was an iron in the room and that the towels and sheets were changed every other day. The management was slow to respond as I had a problem and it took waiting until the next day to get resolved. The people there were warm and welcoming and overall the room and beds were very comfortable

Erika and her assistant were extremely welcoming when we arrived at the hotel. They had snacks available in the afternoon and they fixed us a delicious boxed breakfast to take with us, as we had an early flight. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, and we enjoyed walking around the waterfront. We had an amazing dinner at the Italian restaurant directly across the street! One of the best meals we had in Portugal. I highly recommend the hotel.

Clean, uncluttered, fun design, and smells and looks like great inside those 1895 walls. The staff was ultra-pleasant and helpful about the area. Breakfast : Good. We ate at Dom Zeferino on the next block over for dinner and had excellent fish at a great price. The beds are a 9 out of ten and the bathroom is spacious. The view over the pool and back patio was nice. Great A/C. Dark room at night with blockout curtains. No elevator so ask about help up the steps if you will need it with your luggage. Our room #4 had plenty of space to open two suitcases on the floor side by side. Loved it. Would stay there again. Parking garage down the street if you can’t park next to the hotel.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. The room was a couple of flights, but we knew that and it was ok for us. A small window to look out of, but the room and bed was very comfortable. Shower and washroom was beautiful. Streetcar also is on the same street, still good for the location as it was near everything

Very nice place to stay. Almost walked past it a few times. The sign on the house is small. Once inside house and everything wonderful. Great location. Tram runs next to house. I live in a large city so this didn’t bother me but white noise may be needed by others. My mom loved staying here
